What Your Acne Is Trying to Warn You About Your Health?

They are trying to tell you something. Are you aware?

how are you ? so today I'm going to tell what your face can reveal about your health.
As weakness or toxicity in a certain organ or gland in the body can result in acne showing up in certain areas of your face. You can use this theory to know why you are breaking out and because of weakness in whuch particular organ.
Have you ever wondered why every two weeks you always seem to get a breakout on your cheeks or forehead — like, in the exact same spot? Well, the truth is that dirt isn't the only thing causing pimples. There are other factors that have nothing to do with your skin care regimen:  And you can often pinpoint the problem by the location of the pimples.
ACNE on Your  Forehead:
IT is one of the most common places for acne breakouts.

ORGAN LINKED TO FOREHEAD ACNE IS  DIGESTIVE SYSTEM.
The forehead area is the place that coincides with the digestive system in Chinese medicine, so pimples in this area can be caused by an intestinal imbalance (read: you eat too much junk food).

Other CAUSES: unbalanced diet, changes in hormonal levels, hair oils, as well as hair products and may be due fringe and bangs.
Breakouts across the forehead are often triggered by stress or sleep deprivation.

HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE ON FOREHEAD:
  •  Make sure to log 7 to 9 hours of beauty sleep to keep your forehead clear.
  • Try to include papaya in your diet to hep functioning of your digestice system.
  • You should drink plenty of water throughout the day
  •  washing your hair with shampoo on a regular basis is indeed essential.
  •  washing your face at least twice on a regular basis with an antibacterial facial wash

ACNE between Brows

ORGAN LINKED TO ACNE Between Brows is LIVER.
Oiliness, redness, flakiness and pimples between the eyebrows can indicate that your liver may have been overworking and need a cleansing.
OTHER CAUSES:  Greasy, fatty foods may be connected to acne here.

HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE BETWEEN BROWS:
  •   Cutting back on sugar and dairy can help clear up skin in this zone.
  •  Stick with healthy choices as much as you can.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Cut back on greasy food.
 ACNE ON NOSE

ORGAN LINKED TO ACNE ON NOSE IS LIVER.
Those that form near the nose could indicate poor functioning of the liver. They could also indicate insomnia, stress and restlessness.

HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE ON
  •  Eat fruits and vegetables with high content of vitamin C (kiwi, sweet pepper, oranges) will help.
  •  Try to avoid eating late at night;
  •   eating leafy greens, avoiding drugs, alcohol and smoking, and reducing your fat intake. (Do these not only for the pimples! It’s for your overall health!)

Acne ON Your Upper Cheeks
ORGANS LINKED TO ACNE ON UPPER CHIN ARE LUNGS AND RESPIRATORY SYSTEM
Stresses to the lungs is likely to cause flare ups in the upper cheeks and even break your capillaries. These stresses include smoking, asthma, allergies, lung infections and living in a polluted area. The best thing to do is to avoid smoking as much as you possibly can, especially through passive smoking, which could be even worse than actually smoking.

HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE ON UPPER CHEEKS
  •  wash skin thoroughly before bed to try to get rid of trace contaminants,
  •  Change your pillowcase at least once a week,
  •  wipe down your phone with an antibacterial wipe every few days.
  •  Include fresh vegetables, oatmeal and brown rice in your diet.
  •  Try to spend more time on fresh air every day.

ACNE ON Lower Cheeks
LINKED TO GUM OR TEETH PROBLEMS

Gum or teeth problems may contribute to acne in the lower cheeks area. Be sure to avoid eating artificial sugar or softdrinks. Keep your teeth in great condition by exercising them regularly through biting down on them. Be sure to floss and brush your teeth each day without brushing them so hard that it breaks your enamels.
HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE ON LOWER CHEEKS:
  •  Always keep on top of your dental health, brushing, mouthwash and flossing twice a day.
  •   regular check ups at the dentist at least twice a year

ACNE ON Sides of the Chin
LINKED TO HORMONES AND GENITALS
This may affect a lot of girls. When sides of the chin often flare up, it’s a sign of hormonal imbalance, often caused by menstruation. Sometimes, even emotional or physical stress can cause hormonal imbalances.
HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE ON SIDES OF THE CHIN:
  • Be sure to de-stress yourself and get plenty of sleep.
  •  Cut down on all the bad foods and focus on a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals.
  •  Be sure to take lots of essential fatty acids such as Omega 3.

ACNE ON Centre of the Chin
ORGANS LINKED TO ACNE ON CENTRE OF THE CHIN ARE SMALL INTESTINE AND STOMACH.
This is also caused by poor diets and food allergies.

  •  Be sure to eliminate those bad foods (because every part of the body hates it, not just your intestines).
  •  include plenty of fibre in your diet.
  •  be sure you’re not resting your chin in your hands when bored or tired, as this can transfer oils from your fingers onto your chin, which can cause pimples.

Lately I’ve been doing all of the above – keeping late nights, eating late at night, having little sleep, sleeping badly, under stress.I THINK IT'S TIME TO TAKE CARE OF OUR DIET AND ORGANS SO AS TO HAVE A FLAWLESS SKIN :)
